Struggling with your child’s picky eating?
Fussy eating is one of the most misunderstood challenges families face.
I help you understand the reasons behind picky eating and what to do next, so your child can learn to love food.
Dinner time is now fun and exciting instead of a stressful battle. My son is happily learning and exploring so many different types of foods. He has even started eating new foods. We actually can’t believe it. Gone are the days of cooking multiple dinners!”

A live, interactive four-week online course taught by me, Louise Lennox. Does your child want the same safe foods on repeat? Refuse anything new? Have beige foods taken over? Do you dread mealtimes? This course is for you. I’ll show you how to introduce new foods without pressure, reduce stress at the table and move away from cooking multiple meals every night. You’ll also receive full replays, in-depth notes and my Mealtime Makeover Plan™. After each session, join me for a live group Q&A so you feel supported.

The Q&As after each session were a great support. It was lovely to do a course with someone who truly understood the struggles of trying to feed fussy eaters.”

Why I do this work
When I became a mother, I believed feeding my child would be the easiest part of parenting.
Food has always been at the centre of my life and career. As a professionally trained chef, I worked on well-known TV shows, and yet my own son only ate 10 foods.
I realised knowing how to cook was not the same as knowing how to help a child eat.
Two questions kept coming back to me: why had my son become a picky eater, and how could I help him?
That search led me to America, where I trained with one of the world’s leading specialists in paediatric feeding.
For the first time, I began to understand what was causing his picky eating and how to help him.
When I put everything I had learnt into practice with my own son, he started eating new foods. Foods I never thought possible were now on his plate, and we were finally sitting at the table eating together.
It honestly felt like a dream come true.
Soon after, I began helping my first group of fussy eating kids. That’s them in the photo at the top of the page.
I know the worry, guilt and exhaustion that comes with feeding a child who won’t eat.

Later, I went back to college and was awarded a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Studies because I wanted to better support the parents living it too.
That experience led me to my purpose: helping parents understand their child’s picky eating and know what to do next.

The Q&As after each session were a great support. It was lovely to do a course with someone who truly understood the struggles of trying to feed fussy eaters.”
