5. My child is really picky. Is it too late to start?

It is never too late to make positive changes. This course is designed for children aged 2 to 10, and parents of even the pickiest eaters have seen results by applying these strategies.

The course is designed to give you, the parent, the tools and strategies to implement at home. No problem. All live sessions are recorded so you can catch up at your convenience. Session notes and resources will also be provided to help you stay on track.

9. What if my child only eats a limited range of foods?

This course is designed for families dealing with selective eaters. You will learn gentle, practical techniques to expand your child’s diet. For medical concerns, I recommend consulting a healthcare provider alongside the course.

10. How much time do I need to dedicate to the course?

The course requires active participation and commitment. Weekly live sessions last one hour, and the materials are flexible enough to fit your schedule. The more you engage with the course and apply the strategies consistently, the better the results you will see.

11. Can you guarantee results?

Fussy eating isn’t fixed overnight, and no method can promise instant transformation. This course is designed to build the foundation for lasting change, and like learning to walk, talk, or swim, improving eating behaviours takes time, patience, and consistent practice.

The strategies taught in this programme are proven and practical, but success depends on your commitment to applying them consistently during and after the course. Every child is unique, so progress varies, but you will leave equipped with the tools and confidence to support positive, sustainable changes at your child’s pace.

This course also supports you as a caregiver by helping to reduce stress, guilt, and self-blame. By the end, you will feel empowered to guide your child towards better eating habits and create a calmer, more enjoyable mealtime environment.

12. Access to sessions

All sessions are recorded live, and participants will have access to rewatch them for one month after the final session. This allows ample time to revisit the material while maintaining the value of the live coaching experience.

13. What is the refund and cancellation policy?

This course requires your commitment. Refunds are available within 14 days of booking, provided you have not attended any live sessions. If you cancel within 48 hours before the first session begins, a 50% refund will be issued. After that, no refunds will be offered due to the live and interactive nature of the course. All sessions are recorded, so if you cannot attend a live class, you can catch up at your convenience.

14. Is this course right for you?

This course requires your active participation. Simply attending live sessions will not bring results. You need to put the strategies into practice consistently. If now is not the right time due to holidays, work, or other commitments, that is okay. You are always welcome to join when you are ready to fully commit to creating lasting change for your family.
